Whether you're training hard, recovering from injury, or simply staying active, our physiotherapy service at The Rec is here to keep the whole community moving. We cover a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, inlcuding any muscle, joint, ligament, tendon or nerve presentation.

Following an initial assessment, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan that involves up to date interventions including: manual therapy, exercise therapy & acupuncture.
